Prior to an environmental study often required by the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), UDOT and other government entities often conduct corridor studies for an area, specific road, or road segment. These corridor studies are typically intended to identify future travel conditions, broad alternatives, and fatal flaws. InterPlan has been involved in a wide variety of these studies ranging from the SR-248 corridor in Park City to the Davis/Weber East-West Study in Davis and Weber Counties.
