InterPlan is presently working as a sub-consultant to Civil Science in the development of an Environmental Assessment of 2300 West in Lehi. Lehi City has been a focal point for a wide range of regional transportation improvements and the 2300 West corridor serves a vital role in linking many local activity centers to this regional transportation system. Presently, 2300 West exists in limited areas as a two lane street. The Lehi City and Mountainland Association of Governments transportation plans call for 2300 West to serve as a five lane arterial street. InterPlan is assisting with the regional modeling and traffic analysis component of this corridor as well as assisting Civil Science in an overall strategy role for the development of the project Purpose and Need to meet the NEPA requirements.
